2. How much will it cost me to build an ADU through the Cox Intown Builders Program?
Approximately $189,000-$239,000

3. What is required by the owner?
Nothing, Cox handles the entire process from permitting to construction.

4. How long does the permitting process take with city of Atlanta?
Approximately 2-3 months.

5. How long does the construction process take?
Approximately 4-6 months.

6. I love the design but want to alter a few of the selections, is this allowed? 

Yes, you will work directly with the designer and be billed an hourly rate. Products must be sourced from an approved Cox vendor.

7. Will my ADU be electric or gas?

All electric

8. Are appliances included?
Yes, we provide an LG stainless steel package or equal. You may sub out the above-range microwave for a vent hood.

9. What wouldn't be included in this program?
Tree removal, retaining walls, driveways, sewer taps, sewage pumps, water meters, sewer & water service > 100 lineal feet, extensive grading, demolition of any structure.
